Complaint

It would be ideal if you fill out this form as soon as possible so that we know about the complaint.

We will confirm the receipt of the complaint and the proposed solution as soon as possible, but within 3 working days at the latest. Expect a proposed solution as part of the statement.

If it is necessary to send the goods, they should be packed in a suitable package for transport (ideally in the original packaging) so that it is not damaged, it should be clean and complete.
